The content of the website or landing page must be compelling and direct the visitor to the action you want them to take. That may mean getting them to call, use live chat, or fill out a web form so you can either follow up with email or call, depending on the information requested. Or it may be as simple as driving the visitor to your website and then to your dealer locator.

Managing the lead may mean assigning the lead to a rep in your lead management system, so the rep can follow up, but tracking and scoring combined with analytics are critical to improving the marketing plan and to driving more and better leads.
